Workes great with my device and very simple to install and connect to HomeKit. It's also saved me the trouble of needing to installingHome Assistant on Android or Raspberry Pi. I hope he keeps supporiting an and updating.
Been using this for over a year now and has been working great. Im Skeptical of third party solutions to connect things but this has been working fine. IM surprised this hasnt been implemented natively by Kasa or Homekit.
I have tried almost every switch and plug--Wemo, Kasa, Amazon, iDevice & Brand X From China. Kasa was the easiest to set up and install but, despite the copy stating it works with HomeKit, it does not. I thought I was doing something wrong unitl I read that it will not work without a bridge. I wanted to upgrade to TP Link from Wemo but maybe not. For $5.99, this is the bridge (no pun intended) I needed to make it work! So far so good even though I had to restart my Android & Android to get everything on-line.
Simple. Easy to use. Works perfectly. I have about 15 TP-Link switches that I wanted to bridge into Homekit and this was the perfect solution!
