Just bought the moon knight band and it said free matching watch faces available in the app. I download the app and there isn’t even a Marvel section. Pretty lame.
Any reason the ads say there are Marvel faces, but the app itself contains zero Marvel at all?
I bought the Princess Leia bands for my Series 6 watch and was so excited about installing the beautiful faces it had. Well, after several days trying to use the code and all, nothing worked. I also contacted customer service but received no response. I also bought the Resistance band for my husband but the code did work for his watch. He has a Series 3. I hope this is fixed.
I got a Rick and Morty watchband from this company, I scan the QR code, and it won’t let me download any of the faces that were supposed to come free with the watch band. It says notify me when available, but if I search for it I can find them to buy for $1.99, so they must be available. this review was written after the 2.5.1 update where they supposedly fix the issue of asking you to pay for stuff you already received.
The amount of free watch face collections is amazing n the overall pricing on others is awesome. Keep up the amazing work!
