This app no longer allows for remote control and programming. Now it appears to mainly be a sales and data scraping tool.
You need to stop advertising that this machine connects to Wi-Fi when you have REMOVED that functionality post-purchase. False advertising much?
This option has been removed by the developer to bring in more LĒVO sales via app instead of their original intention of making the machine more accessible via WiFi. I’ve been part of the LĒVO family since they opened and have been an affiliate with my business. Unfortunately cannot reach a live agent and sad to say goodbye but until the machine is ready for remote use again, I’m out guys.
I loved this machine. I received it as a gift - it was quite pricey, however it is understandable with all the included amenities. Somehow Levo thought it would be a good idea to remove one of those amenities that was included in the product. A very useful amenity because the infusions take some time. They really screwed up when they decided to remove the Wi-Fi connectivity option which, again, was included. I really have no idea what they were thinking, but if they want to get their business back in to shape and thrive is to stop this ridiculousness and give those who paid for this expensive machine what they promised. Any other excuse is unacceptable. Truly bummed about this. Please Levo, fix this ASAP.
I’ve been using my Levo II since it was gifted to me back in 2020. For some reason Levo thought it was a great idea to remove the remote feature from the app. There’s no point in using my Levo if I can’t set and track it on my phone. Feels like a bait and switch to market something as being Wi-Fi enabled and then to take that function away. Also like a cash grab to change the app to market MORE of their products when the one we bought doesn’t work like advertised. Bring back the remote app! There’s no point to have this app without it.
