Everything was good…until it WASNT. At first, I was able to do surveys. Maybe 2 to r 3 days after signing up, my account was DISABLED for some unknown reason. I tried reaching out to support(No one has gotten in contact with me.) As much as I hate to do this…I might have to delete this app.

Yes! Your account will be blocked for no apparent reason. My account was blocked twice. Once as a error and the most recent time, I wasn’t given an explanation but I did contact support which I believe made them open their eyes! I was asked several questions about my job, etc! Now yes, I believe in honesty and not fraudulent obtain things by lying so my job information had changed from my last questioned job survey questions in which according to survey monitors in the FAQ log, they monitor surveys to see of any fraudulent activities or as said something similar to what I just posted. Folks information do change overtime. Most people will still be dishonest but not me! I told the truth and was punished for the truth. In which I wrote this statement in my message to customer service and yes, it is the truth! Just because someone was doing a certain thing 3 months ago doesn’t mean it still stand today. People lives change, situations change, one’s health change, etc! Nonetheless, I believe that was the reason of my most recent ACCOUNT BLOCK but I was told nothing! Just received a email saying, You have surveys that will soon expire! That was my feedback of YOUR ACCOUNT IS NO LONGER BLOCKED! Lastly, you hardly if at all get surveys on the weekends or on holidays! If you do, it will be 2 maybe 3 surveys for 3 points each! Yes I do know people have real outside lives but why not pre-schedule them so that we get the same or a most the same number of surveys on the weekends and on holidays as we do during weekdays work days. Most people be more so available to do surveys in the comfort of their own timing on the weekends! I gave them 3 stars because of this lagging. Overall though, It’s a fair company. With honesty as I hope will continue since I have been and always will be honest, I hope their bargain be met as well! Signed:Trying to be honest in surveys. I love playing these because no matter what you always win.Thanks for all you do it’s a fun game.And it passes away my time on a rainy day.

I went to use the app and got the message that my account was disabled that I have to contact someone. Not sure who to contact or why my account would be disabled. Not impressed and deleted. Be careful with this app. Generic reply and no answers. Terrible app. Don’t download.
