Luxer One for Android

Where has this been my whole life? It was so simple to set up and it’s a massive relief to know that your package is safe and secure. Love this app, love this service!

App is fine

I’ve been alive for 30 years, never had an issue with mail or packages being delivered, and it is only in this year where I’ve moved to an apartment that has a Luxer room that I have had a lifetime’s worth of issues in just this short span of time thanks to this terrible terrible package system. The delivery people who drop off the packages fail to make a code for me to go pick up my package at least 50% of the time. And then I have to file a complaint/message to Luxer asking them to produce a code for me to get into my package center to even look for the item. This happens Every. Single. Time. Luxer will say “ohh we’re so sowy but it’s not our fault, the delivery person was supposed to leave a code.” YEAH BUT THEY DIDNT BECAUSE YOU ARE A TERRIBLE MIDDLE MAN APP SERVICE THAT DOES NOT EVEN PROVIDE A GOOD SERVICE. Seriously, how do you make this such an awful experience? Hey, you reading this review right now: do you want to go to a crowded package room to search for a package that may or may not be there for 10 minutes and there’s no code or picture to tell you where it is? Well that’s what you’ll be doing when you have Luxer at your service! So glad to have lost packages or not have them properly delivered, thanks Luxer! Some of you who have read this to the end probably think “oh he’s just biased and has a chip on his shoulder.” I just lived in an apartment before this one that had Parcel Pending for their app and I NEVER ONCE lost a package or had to deal with the headaches ive dealt with compared to Luxer. You really deserve 0 stars, useless.

Could not get their useless web site to create account. So it it just another useless piece of crap on my phone. Maybe you could hire developers who know what they are doing.

I dropped off a product in their locker for return to Amazon. LuxerOne gave me no way to provide the return label. They passed the package on to UPS without receiving a tracking number from UPS. Now neither company (UPS nor LuxerOne) can find my package, and I've lost the entire value of it.
