I had to spend a whole hour recording a 3 min video because it stoped recording my screen, but still recorded my voice, so I had to make 3 different videos and add them together in order to get a 3 min video with everything I wanted to screen record recorded. This app isn’t bad but I definitely won’t use it again.
Not easy to use as tutorials say. A pop screen does Not pop up for use. Trying to look forever to try to find how to use that

I have used SOM for years, been mostly happy with it. Especially like the video editor. Their customer service is extremely lacking in my opinion. Your only option for help is to open a ticket thought their website - no phone number or chat option. In my experience they have been slow at best getting back to me, often ignoring me. Currently, I have a ticket that has been open for 40+ days and have yet to see any resolution.
