App Not Downloading

Can't download with Mobile Pro nor with Android. Locks up as if it wants to download on Mobile. On Android it's just a circular bloop through double clicks and Face ID

Crashes

Used to work now app won't connect and crashes. No way to actually connect with a person to get tech support. Since we have nearly 20 controllers this is more than a slight inconvenience!

System On / Off Problems update

Originally I had some trouble with the system on/off feature. This has been fixed through an update. All is working well.

Range is terrible.

I have to be outside right next to the controller for this to connect. Not seeing any benefit to this app.
