READ the renewal print. I unfortunately signed up at a discounted rate for 1 month. This app was not for me, not what I was looking for. I did not realize I would charge more than doubled the original rate, had no idea!!! The charge came through, tried to dispute and they said no refund. Read before you buy!!!!

The workouts are general and can be easily googled and the meals are not logical for an average busy adult. The app will auto charge without a warning and the customer service is just not there. They are money focused and not client focused.

I tried to cancel my subscription multiple times shortly after purchasing but they never cancelled my subscription. They charged me a $30.99 fee and refuse to return it. The app was not as described and I was unable to use it. I was not angry about that part, but I want my money back and now I have to fight.

I just signed up for this app today because I’m seeing it on my instagram account more and more lately. I should’ve done more research because almost 7 years ago I had a stroke and I can’t do more than half of the exercises that they have on the app. I put a ticket in right away and I asked for a refund, and they actually said they couldn’t give it to me. I’ll never be signing up for any of their services again and not like I get asked what fitness app would you choose, but if I do I’ll definitely not recommend this one.

I wouldn’t suggest this App . I have been trying to cancel this subscription before renewal/free trial. With no success. They make it difficult No contact information
