Can't update profile information as it keeps requesting you to enter a valid phone number (I'm guessing with dashes or parentheses) but when you try to save it doesn't let you. If it can't do a basic function like save and CSRs don't follow up with requests, how am I supposed use this app? Very disappointing
After signing up, app just had an hourglass even after an hour
I spent $70 plus worth of drinks I ordered through Gong Cha app and ended up regretting all 7 drinks. First, the local store did not have all my items I paid for. Second, even if they got the pearls made they did not put them in my drink. I ordered 4 dirty brown milk tea, two wintermellon and 1 passion fruit. All came out as milk pearl tea. Then they put some sort of pinnacle foam on top. I don’t know what the heck the 3 employees were doing but they are all new and lack any training or even know how to read. They did not have my star jelly and white pearls I paid for. Each item is $1 add on. I did not get my refund back and was told to go through the app! How? Best to stay away from the app for online order and pickup. You will be screwed!
Thought this app would be like the Gong Cha DMV app, which is smooth, intuitive, and easy to navigate. Very disappointed with how low quality and difficult to navigate this app is. I wish it were similar to the Gong Cha DMV interface
