Overload

App couldn’t handle the bandwidth. Inaccurate the whole time. Couldn’t find our people. NO map added to it that helped racers reunite with families. App and race organization both get 1 star.

Couldn’t use to follow runner.

Had no way to find a registered runner to follow. Kept loading 20 or so runners at a time, & after over 30 min of scrolling & waiting for reloads, gave up & deleted the app. Had no search feature for a runner.

Barely work

Woke up early to track my wife who I added the day before. On race day It deleted her from my app, wouldn’t let me search her and most times wouldn’t even let me open the app. Spectators were limited and forced to use an app that doesn’t work

Truly awful experience

Having used the app from NYRR for the proper marathon several times, expected this to be a similar experience. Not even close. On the day of the event data isn’t consistently surfaced and displayed, including runners already live on the course. Have both restarted and re-downloaded the app and the same major issues. Half the time it won’t let me pull runners names, the other half it says the event hasn’t started, and am unable to track someone on the chance I do find them and press follow. Truly painful.

No search function to find runners to track?? You have to scroll a list of runners, not in alphabetical (or seemingly any) order….
