I would give this five stars if it would sync with Google Watch. I hate how I have to manually log my info. Other than. Good free run plan.
I’m really enjoying this app, particularly the flexibility it has when asking you your planned race date and days that you prefer to rest. I also like the notes feature, it’s helpful to look back on say if I have to switch workouts to different days. I can keep track in the notes.
Great App, easy to use and tracks your activity. Though following this, my weekly miles have reduced in preparation for a half. So, I add an extra bit on here and there. Keep my waistline in check.

I don’t usually write reviews but since I paid for this one I feel compelled. What this app is: a very basic running app for beginning runners that serves to gameify your run training if you desire that kind of motivation. However, if you like complex games this will surely disappoint. I have no doubt Hal consulted on this. But do not confuse this for coaching. There’s nothing individual about it. It is an Excel spread sheet with macros. Among the many frustrations I have with this app is it’s absolute rigid scheduling infrastructure. If you don’t work a Monday through Friday kinda job, you will be frustrated. There are ways to game the schedule but you really shouldn’t have to. If you forget to log a session and then log two in one day you may find yourself in the conundrum where the app demands 2 long runs back to back! A flaw in the matrix! For what this is, you can print off a sample calendar from Hal’s website and adhere to it. No subscription required.
