The first thing you will notice about this game is the wonderfully drawn art. But it doesn’t stop there. I really like the fact that the game play is unique. Slingshotting around the world gives you a fun and new experience. The puzzles are interesting and well thought out. I haven’t played through the whole thing as of yet, but I am hoping to face bosses in the later levels. I already got my $2.99 worth.
So I don’t usually write reviews for video games, but I have to make an exception in this case. When I’m playing this game, I feel like I’m carried into another world that is fanciful and mesmerizing! It’s really awesome. It’s got just the right amount of challenge, and satisfaction! There are times when you wonder which way to go, and you find a solution before you get frustrated. I love the little creatures that shoot you around and make you bounce. The music and the sound effects add a nice touch. One of the things I really appreciate is when you happen to fall into the lava pit, you don’t have to start the whole game from the beginning. This was definitely great purchase! Kudos to the developers, thanks for creating a really fun game!

Norman’s Night In is the perfect game for me. The quirky lead character is right up my alley. The light music does stress me out and the illustrations and art are awesome. The slingshot movements are completely intuitive and the cave maze creates a challenge that keeps me thinking. Norman’s Night In is a great game no matter what your age.
