My Android shows connection via Bluetooth but app will not pair with my watch despite restarting etc. Email to support has gone unanswered. I’m left with a relatively expensive step counter. Wish to give zero stars.

It was pretty easy to set up after I download the app I’m happy with this purchase it may not be an Google Watch but I didn’t want to pay that much money .and really I think that thing is over priced.As far as this watch goes ,for the amount of money and what this does it’s fairly accurate. The only disappointment I have is the step counter gives a false count and I wish there was a way that you could reset it when you wake up,Because while I was sleeping my arm movement counted as steps,Other than that the blood pressure and heart monitor for me were spot on accurate!!!

Unable to factory reset when phone paired to is no longer useable. Customer care continues to send he same instructions that don’t work

I am very disappointed in this watch. I have only had it since February 2022. The part that is used to charge the watch broke. I have other watches that are older and they are still working. This has been very cheaply made. I did like the way it looked and the fact it was water proof although I did not test that part. This product was cheaply made otherwise the element that charges the watch would not of broke. It was a cheap plastic that was used. As I said earlier, I am VERY DISAPPOINTED and ANGRY that it is a piece of junk and unusable. An angry and disappointed customer. I can’t even give it any stars. Cottonjock

Does not do what it says it does. Support team unable to explain clearly how to find BP function. They send screen shots of a different app which doesn’t exist. Directions are written poorly and missing basic info. Non icon that allows you to switch to add BP. False advertising.
