I paid $230 to renew my registration.. $175 for one year plus $35 late inspection fee and $20 re inspection fee. I entered all information including card and email information. No conformation email sent, no 45 day temporary registration sent, but logged into my bank account and the $230 was gone. When into the DMV branch and they have nothing on file about that transaction. I have my bank statement showing DC Government including the number which was 2027275000 and under category it’s said “ GOVERNMENT SERVICES NOT ELSEWHERE CLASSIFIED” …. So now I have to dispute that charge, wait for my money to be replaced and now my registration is expired…. DO NOT USE THE APP!!!!!!!!
No longer getting the 1011 network connectivity error but now it won’t save to Google Wallet due to “technical issues.” This was supposed to have been fixed but apparently it’s not because everyone in my house has the same problem.
