I realize this must be a super small non technical company, but not even sign in works today

I’ve used livebarn’s online site for a couple years. Quality isn’t great but at least it’s something. The other day I wanted to watch a game so went to the site, panoramic camera was disabled. So after getting a message to use the mobile app I downloaded. Super trash. No pause or play, no panoramic and the load times were terrible. Basically you can just start the video and watch beginning to end with no options. Don’t recommend, don’t waste your time. If they don’t have panoramic back by next game I’m unsubbing entirely

Used to be okay, but in last year slowly deteriorating and now almost useless. Freezes constantly then skips chunks of time, that’s when the server isn’t down, which it appears to be now. They have a monopoly, but it still needs to actually work for people to use it.

My grandson plays at quite a few of your venues I’m able to travel to all the games but was was great to be able to watch him play, score and do his favorite thing of his life. I wasn’t happy about not being able to zoom in on him when he was up. I wanted to make sure I was watching the right kid play.

I’ve been paying for months and finally needed to use this app to watch my son’s game only to find out “ It looks like there was a possible media server or internet connectivity issue at this location. This can cause the ghosting, distortion and lagging you're seeing. It can also cause otherwise broken files. Unfortunately, there's no way to repair or restore the lost footage due to the nature of the live uploading.”
