Love your service

I absolutely love your service, but what I hate more than anything is that the agents do not leave feedback! It is so disappointing to the seller who is tying so hard to make their home desirable. Shame on your agents who don’t respond!

The feedback function doesn’t work for the homeowners side. Good for confirming showings and making sure we are out of the house on time for showings.

Developers can’t figure out the basics

My app constantly shows missed notifications when there are none. Tech support recommended I remove and reinstall the app. Followed their instructions and nothing changed. The app my serve a valuable purpose, but it looks like some basic functionality/features are too difficult for the developers to handle.

Handy Home Sale app

Not only does this app keep track of showings and appointments, it also has a "feedback" tab where buyer's agents can provide useful feedback after the showing. The only negative is that I get ghost notifications. There's been a notification on the app badge for three days. But I've gone through the entire app and don't have any pending notifications. Other than that this app is excellent.
