NTWRK | Live Sneaker Shopping for Android

I’ve ordered from NTWRK three times and have been super excited for each product I ordered. The merch is unique which I love. However, the first two products I ordered took OVER FOUR MONTHS to arrive. I mean — they’re shipping from LA to NY not Guam. They also did not ship the items until I reached out to customer service twice. I never received the third item. I reached out twice and received generic messages. Finally someone responded and they no longer had the product. It took six months from when I ordered to receive my refund of a few hundred dollars. Overall, ordering from here is frustrating and risky. If you’re not the type of person to check up on your online ordering, you may be handing over money for products you never receive. It takes quite a while to receive a refund if you consistently reach out. Def need a lot of patience. It would seem that an app that revolves around selling products would also prioritize getting those products to their customers. Weird!

I always have the best quality the best art no way is the best price that’s reasonable that’s isI always have my notification on when it comes to their events this app keeps me aware of everything that’s going on not only that it makes my apartment more live like because I buy they are art and their style this app is a must have network is always the best app to keep on your phone.

This app used to be great. I’ve scored some great prints over the last couple years. But I’m not going to scroll through every t-shirt and vinyl figure in the shop just to find the selection of art available. There’s no sort or filter button in the shop now. Not sure who thought that was a good call, but in this case it was the difference in me spending a few hundred bucks or not. I’ll pass.
