I took a trip with my brother and stayed in hotels for 3 months every night. We accrued over 330 in rewards and still are not getting the rewards promised over 6-9 months later. I reached out to customer service and they want me to document every single hotel with receipts for every night. No thanks. This was supposed to be easy. I don’t trust this company.
Needs some work through the tracking when shopping I’ve had a few trips not pan out but overall like the company and the direction it’s going

New update cant login with Google account. Very annoying. Just says “we may not be able to offer help because we cant see your email” and then doesnt progress past login
