I never knew about tapping meditation. It does something with your energy/vibration. It sort of gives you space in between your true self and doubting self, and allows you to set course on who you want to be. It gives you space/breathing room away from negative thoughts/frequencies and allows your true vibration to take hold in this reality. It’s very powerful.

I enjoyed this app. I only wish they had a monthly pay option. I don’t want to sink $100 into an app I use intermittently. Otherwise I liked it a lot and will miss it.
