Every time I go into the app it says “ UH OH we have encountered a problem” and restarts. It popped up like 8 times and I couldn’t get into the game

I downloaded it a while ago on my phone then on my Mobile both I couldn’t even play I restarted my phone and Mobile I’m really mad about it I heard it was so much fun but it never worked it kept retrying but never worked
