I and many others prepaid parking.com for parking in the Harbor Court garage for a Ravens game on 11-20-22. NONE of our QR codes worked in the parking equipment, and the app has no way to contact customer support. All of us had to pay the full retail drive-in price with NO refunds from parking.com. This app is a ripoff. This has never happened to any of us in years of using other parking apps.

Recently used their services, needed to extend my initial 5 hour parking by 15 minutes, was charged the same rate, $45.99, for that 15 minute extension.
App easy to use. Gave correct address and led me right to the parking garage nearest to my location.
This is by far the worst parking app ever. It never shows or loads your parking session so it’s so confusing to tell if you even bought a session. Please update the app or something.
