Do not use this app

The app is TERRIBLE . It said it linked to my shell fuel rewards but it never deducted the rewards. I believe this is done on purpose to bait and switch the user. The customer service is unprofessional and HORRIBLE. The fuel reward people don’t know anything about the shell app and the shell app people don’t know anything about the fuel rewards. They are supposed to link. And this apps help section gives you the number for the fuel rewards app to call. And they refer you the the shell customer support. It is ridiculous. I had to DISPUTE the charges with my bank. The call centers were so noisy it gave me a seizure dealing with them. The customer service numbers in the other review are the same idiotic non responsive people I dealt with. DONT BOTHER. THEY REPOND TO BAD REVIEWS ONLY TO GIVE THE APPEARANCE THAT THEY GIVE A DAMM. Google you need to pull this app from the App Store. It is committing bait and switch FRAUD.

Unable to register my card on App

I've tried to register my card, but I'm getting an error message stating the information I'm entering is incorrect. I tried a few times, but stop due to it said I will be locked out. I called CS and was told they were having APP issues. The other confusing thing is, why do I have to download 2 APPS, Shell, and then the Fuel Rewards card app? Doesn't make sense to me. Please create one App that would be all-inclusive. Sincerely, T Genus

Never goes anywhere

I constantly wait to receive an email, regardless of repeated requests. Still haven’t been able to complete registration after multiple attempts.
