Two major issues so far: 01) The current method for locating shipments with recent updates is inadequate. Can the updated shipments be prioritized and displayed at the top of the list for improved visibility?" 02) For improved organization, can the archived trackers be separated from the active ones and displayed in a distinct column?" Additionally, you may wish to consider exploring the Packages app for inspiration, as it boasts the most user-friendly interface despite some inherent limitations.
I really like this app but the thought of my personal data being collected and stored on servers by a company that’s most likely based in China is too much for comfort.
This is the only tracking app I will ever use! I have tried so many others, such as Shop, to track all my packages, but they just aren’t good enough. This one let’s you track as many packages as you want (not limited to 3 like other apps), it shows you a map of where your packages have been (Google Maps built in), it has a refresh option, and it keeps an archive of all your past packages so you can go back and see exactly how and what time they were delivered! Other tracking apps could learn a thing or two from these guys!
Overall this is my favorite tracking app and I've used it across a few of my devices - works okay for it's purpose, minimalist, cross device functionality. The main feature is the tracking capability, which has a design flaw (maybe intentionally?) when it comes to tracking a package or multiple packages. Pulling down on the main overview screen of all packages renders a quick refresh animation but nothing actually happens. I have to manually go into each package, click the hamburger menu, and then click "Fetch tracking data" to get tracking updates, and to add to it while it may have a auto-refresh interval it'll sometimes say the tracking data was last updated [x timeframe ago] which doesn't seem to be accurate because manually fetching updated tracking data will render new results that would have shown in the tracking history according to the last time it was auto-updated. Main request is to have pulling down on the overview screen for all packages trigger a "Fetch tracking data" for all of them without needing to do manually and individually. Set a rate limit if there's concern.
Great app except DHL tracking stopped updating in recent months. Please fix it.
