Love the clothes, the layout of the app is nice too. But this app crashes nearly every time I open it and is extremely slow to load. Which makes the shopping experience very frustrating. I feel like I miss out on some of the quick-to-sell-out clothes early in the month because the app will not cooperate and I have to reopen it repeatedly because it keeps crashing or not loading. Not sure if it’s a bug or most users experience
The app is very slow and it always says there’s an error on the app . When I click on new arrivals nothing ever comes out .
Yeah don’t bother with this app. The 5 day grace period sounds ideal to skip the membership. But if you’re even just a tiny bit over, they will refuse to refund you. There goes $55 for nothing
I’ve saved hundreds just because the app is so slow that I get frustrated and just drop it before I can complete a purchase. They should just let us use the website, this app DOES NOT WORK
The app does not always as user friendly as the website itself despite being set up very similarly which is nice but the app does have its glitches. For example, the app never allows me to see all the items in my favorites. It only shows me the first 5 items and then it no longer allows me to scroll down to items I’ve favorited in the past. But the website does allow me to see my favorites. Secondly, the app always shows me how many member points I have and shows me a button to redeem my rewards but it does not work. So I have like almost 5k points that I haven’t been able to redeem.
