There is no end to the information that is provided on this app! It’s super user friendly and there are recipes, workouts, keto tips and some very good insight on what keto does for our bodies inside and out. It’s super easy to track and I couldn’t do keto without it!!!
My one star is not based on the app itself. Rather, the fact that you are asked a dozens of questions, and then create an account, before any suggestion that the app requires a costly subscription. Just be up front about the subscription charges.
Trying to cancel my subscription and do not see that as an option.
