USAF Connect for Android

After having the app for over a year, I’m no longer able to use it. Whenever I try to click on anything the app immediately closes itself. It’s been like this for a few months now so I’ve just resorted to leaving it uninstalled. Was pretty useful when it did work though

I only write a negative review in hopes that it’s seen by the makers of the app and they can work on fixing the bugs. It’s become a main form of communication amongst my AFSC but every other time I open the app, it doesn’t work and I have to delete it and download it over again. I’ll happily change my review to 5 stars if you can please fix this app to work better!

App won’t login, continuously says “connecting” but never connects.

I have used this before and it’s great. However last few times trying to use it I have gotten the loading screen and gone no further.

At my base, we are required to use this app for it to avail of certain mental health services It is really unfortunate that the requirement to use this app is here but the app crashes and freezes all the time. The receptionist should be able to make a reservation for mental health services without the use of the app at our place Additionally we should be able to make reservations via our email and online service, rather than requiring the use of this app
