This app does not update the estimates wait time. It need to be linked to the display in the store. He app displayed 3:31 as arrival time. I got there at 3:15. The board at the store displayed 28 minute wait at 3:31. The app still displayed 3:31. If you have the means to estimate on the board in the store you can reflect on the app
I get a spinning wheel of death when trying to check in. Since the wait at my local store is usually an hour and a half, I’ve had to start getting my haircut else where.
Wait times aren’t ever accurate. Advertises 0 wait time and you’ll show up to a whole store full. Insane
I set up a reservation showed up 19 mins past the time and my reservation was deleted wasted my time and gas. This is not a customer friendly app.
