Invasion of Privacy

I’ve used these camera for a few years now with no issue, but with the last update, I can no longer download video clips or photos to the app unless I give the app FULL PERMISSIONS to my Photos on my phone! Before, I could download to the app, then save to my Photos if I wanted to, and the level of permissions then to my Photos was Add Photos Only, which was appropriate. There is absolutely no reason this app should need to access my Photos for any reason other than Add if I wanted to save a video clip or photo. I contacted Support but have gotten no response.

What happened?

Not really sure what got changed or updated in the app, but now it’s super buggy. It won’t stay connected to the camera and lags and skips now! Please fix as I use this for my 18 month old.

Cannot playback

It’s been happening for a few months now. I cannot playback the video. I have to download the part I want to see and it’s quite a hassle. Please fix.

Where are the notifications?

I am testing these out to see if they will work for baby monitors but the fact that motion sensing notifications takes several minutes to deliver (while being less than 20ft away from the router) make this an useable option. the app is trash... the products will be returned.
