I found their store in the Galleria. Their teas looked and smelled amazing. I’m addicted to tea and these are some of the higher quality than most other premium tea places I’ve seen, especially for the price! Their employees are very kind and helpful, and really know their teas to help recommend what you’d enjoy. If I could give a 6/5 I would.
Steepologie has amazing tea. But this app needs a lot of work. The menu is very difficult to read due to the image in the background. The search bar is hard to see. I have had difficulties adding in a code at the checkout and had to finish on the website instead. My biggest frustration is that it won’t save my favorites. Prior to the recent update, I had a dozen favorites saved and they have all been erased. I had to go to the website to add them again. And when I try to see my favorites in the app, I keep getting an error. I have tried deleting the app and downloading again but with no success. I have contacted customer service about this twice but have gotten no reply. Save your time and just use the website.
This app makes it so easy to find all my favorite teas! The one-tap Google Pay option is incredible and very convenient. Been a big Steepologie fan for months! Always great teas and great customer service! (If you haven’t tried their Vintage Earl Grey or Sour Patch, you are missing out!) Keep steepin!
