I use this app every day, and I hate it. It’s slow to open, and when it does open you’re forced to see a splashy “CourtReserve” graphic for a couple of seconds before getting to what you really want: your membership so you can check in. Even clicking through to get to your membership bar code is slow. Then, the app can crash. It’s a slow, clunky, time consuming app.
Despite multiple multiple follow up emails pleading for help showing screenshots doing I’ve already done what they’ve said and yet still getting harassed by marketing spam despite opting out, they have not answeeed a single email in months. They literally are ignoring every email!
App was glitchy from day 1. Page would not load
yes you can do the basics but the UI is randomly deisgned: and lacks the ability to message other players is a problem.
The app is pretty good overall but drives me nuts that it appears you can control the type of notifications you receive from each club you are a member of but it’s just smoke and mirrors. I keep getting notifications from multiple clubs advertising their Friday night or low volume hour open plays and experimented with every different selection on the notification option page until I finally just unselected them all. This however did not stop those type of notifications, not sure if there’s an under the hood emergency notification option that allows the clubs to push notifications through. It’s a shame because now I turned off notifications from the Android settings for the app when I would really like to still receive notifications for certain things, like waitlist openings, just not at the expense of nonstop marketing messages.
