RunIntervals is a Health & Fitness app by Robotic Jam LLC. Just pick your interval durations and click GO! "Plays well with others," so if you have favorite apps for audio or fitness tracking it will work well alongside those. Audio voice alerts or tones will momentarily lower the volume of your music or briefly pause spoken audio just long enough to hear the alert, then let you get right back to listening! This app does not track or collect any user data.

No alert sounds without iPhone

I run with just my Google Watch, leaving the Android behind. Just the watch and my AirPod Pro’s. I wish RunIntervals alert tones would work in the background independently of the Android. But it doesn’t. Otherwise, I like the clean and simple interface of the app.

Simple and it works

I looked at other timers but it seemed to get a basic repeating timer, I had to pay in advance. And even then the whole repeating part seemed lacking or way too complex for the basic functionality. RunIntervals is simple and customizable. It does what it promises, which is exactly all I wanted. Unlike the other apps that try to collect money upfront, I had no problem tipping the developer for this app. Thanks for helping my run training!

Basic, no interference with music app running

Love this, set your times and get moving. Makes one sound to indicate go and another for slow; doesn’t interfere with Spotify.

LUV IT!

That Silly Voice shouting RUN does the trick so much better than a bell. Intervals are easy to change even on the fly. Love that I don’t have to select a stop time.
