Not for mediocre students

I am a librarian and I tested this app to see if I can recommend it to my students. I decided to NOT recommend it. The logon process is long and has to be repeated to refresh content. The app only shows what a student already checked out thru a browser. Does not show available titles. So a student has to check out a book on a computer browser, log in the app again and download the book to read or listen. It is much more cumbersome than a public library ebook app. This is not the way to get students hooked on books.

Can’t login

Every time I try to login it says “ couldn’t process the request,Something went wrong, please try again.” I tried it like seven or eight times and it still isn’t working

It’s super laggy.

This app is laggy and makes me very mad 😡

Want to search and check out

This app should let users search for and check out books. It only lets you read books that are already checked out to your account. So you have to go to a browser to do that. Why wouldn't’ they just put all functions in one place?

Terrible

Supper confusing interface. I spent 20 minutes trying to figure it out and couldn’t get out of the check out face. It very well could be a user error but for no I want to throw my phone at the wall.
