The app has too many quirks. Once a picture is selected there is no way to start over. Any time you pull the same picture it goes back to the one you previously started even if it was never saved. Doesn’t give option to select nose and chin on every photo and can’t go back to select them once bypassed. Needs more functionality. The editing is good if it works the way it’s supposed to but that’s not often.
Anthropics makes my favorite retouch software on PC so I was excited to try this app. It does some things relatively well (like the telighting feature) and is relatively simple to use but has some annoying quirks. Like what's with the white flash when comparing the original to the edited version. It's distracting and confusing. Either turn that off or make it a pref. Snapseed already mailed this. You just long-press anywhere to view the original in that app. It's better. Also the app focuses a bit much on overglamorized makeup presets for women. They never look natural to me so I do everything manually. The end result is usually soft and a bit obviously blurry anyway. (Believe it or not FaceApp on its lowest settings looks way more natural and sharper) I'm really really missing the nose editing and forehead length editing features from the full desktop version. That's the two things that seem to affect my face the most.
Make this app free because I won’t get it if it’s not free
Very hard to use. Stops working and takes forever to restore
I have used this app for years I don’t know what you did to it but it distorts my face. I always used the auto correct when you touch the nose. I always looked like myself. Why would you change a app that isn’t half as good as the first one you created. My photo’s were bright and it made the makeup colors on my face pop. I paid for something that can not use. Why would you change professional app to an app that is totally useless. Unbelievable!!! I will be get my money back.
