Aavia for Android

I love the quick and easy tracking system (free!!). They even have workout recommendations based on what phase of your cycle you’re in (paid subscription only perk)!

i highly recommend downloading Aavia, it is. a great app to track your period and log in symptoms, but it also teaches you about your hormone cycles based on what you’ve logged and recommends certain activities to make you feel better.

I’ve had a good experience with this app. I enjoy that you can get a hold of some of the VIP stuff through logging your days on time. They also let you know when your next period will be plus highest chance of pregnancy. My only advice so far would be to add a link code or something similar. Something that allows you to add your partner so they can see what you see without them adding to it

logged out and cant sign back in without making another account. reset password doesnt work, i have the right email. rough period coming up and im in the dark about it. 👎
