App works fine to check out items, but it doesn’t work to return items (basically the video demo you see is all it does). And there’s no app support so it’s impossible to contact developer or get a refund. Scam!
I wish this could be use to for checking out PE equipment. I wish there was options like time check out and check in instead of the date.
I paid for the full version and played around with it, scanning barcodes on books... that part works just fine! However, when I try to “return” a book, all it does is take a photo of the code and show me the name of borrower (I just typed in random names) and what is being borrowed.. nothing registers the item being returned, it only shows me the borrower’s name and the barcode number for the book. the list of borrowed items stays the same and there are no options or settings for items on the list. Not sure if I’m doing something wrong or if it’s a bug/design flaw. I’m trying to bring the library at the small school I work at “up to date” with technology and this seems like it would be great with the ID cards and everything. It would also be great if each individual ID card also showed the user’s contact information. Sorry, I hope this is constructive criticism and I hope either I figure out I’m doing something wrong in the app, or if it’s a bug I hope it gets fixed. Like I said, potentially perfect for what I need it for!
