Order goes away?

After paying for an order… 2 different times… the order mysteriously was just gone like it never happened. I called n within a week got my money back but big inconvenience. Ordered via website n seems to work better. Idk.

Ruined by poor phone lines

I am a new pool owner and Leslie’s has been of great help when I visit their store. However, their customer service phone line is the worst. It sounds like their people are talking through pillows when/if I can hear them. On top of that they can’t manage to make my rewards program account work and each person I try to talk to needs to move the problem on to the next level.

The app never works

It always just hangs on login. Even if I am lucky enough to eventually get in and have selected "stay logged in", I will be logged out the next time I try to open it.

No More Apple Pay

Newest update gets rid of Google Pay in the app. Still available on the website though. But above all it would be appreciated if Google Pay was finally supported.
