Absolute Trash

The camera kind of works. The live feed works but the camera constantly misses motion and does not trigger video capture regularly. Then if you pay for their overpriced cloud service it doesn’t work worth a crap. The app is horrible, hardly functions, fails constantly. Good luck actually trying to limp their app into taking a clip and saving it from the feed if you did need to.

Wish I could return the camera

Everything worked fine the first 3 days. Now I have stopped getting any sort of notifications. I’ve reset the camera and the app and it refuses to send notifications. I already got rid of the box so I can’t even return it. What a waste.

Doesn’t work if I’m out of the country

What’s the point of these cameras if they don’t work? I have them to make sure my cats are ok while away in Europe and the cameras won’t connect

Cloud service do not work.

I’ve purchased the annual plan, but the iCloud is not working. I’ve been trying to contact customer service but they don’t have any phone number more email address. The customer service offered in the app is just for saved questions
