طلبت من الموقع وماوصل الطلب للآن وأنا طالبه قبل سنه
تاريخ الطلب 18/9/2022 والى الان لم تصل الشحنه الى تاريخ هذا اليوم 07/03/2023 ولايوجد خدمه العملاء ودعم الواتس متوقف احتيال ونصب
No answer when i order and pay no e mails or numbers to contact
I need someone to contact me .. there’s no contact number to track the order
إحذروا من هذا التطبيق فهو أسوأ تطبيق تعاملت معه من ناحية التوصيل وعدم المصداقية وعدم إمكانية استرداد قيمة المشتريات في حال عدم إيصالهم للطلبية. طلبت منهم طلبية بقيمة (٦٠٧ ريال سعودي) من تاريخ ٢٠٢١/٠٢/١٦ ولم أستلم الطلبية حتى تاريخ كتابة هذا التقييم. بالنسبة لخدمتهم على الواتس آب فهم يتجاوبون معك في البداية وبعد عملية الدفع وضمان حقوقهم يقولون أن الطلبية ستصل خلال ١٠ أو ٢٥ يوم وهذا كله كذب وتحايل ونصب لأنني تواصلت معهم لاسترداد قيمة المشتريات بعد عجزهم عن إيصال الطلبية في الوقت المذكور وكان رد الموظف أن المبلغ لايمكن استرداده وحجتهم أن الخلل من شركة التوصيل وليس منهم. أما بالنسبة لحالة طلبياتي على تطبيقهم (تم الشحن) ولم يتم الاستلام حتى هذه اللحظة وعند تتبع الطلبية من خلال نفس التطبيق (قائمة طلباتي-تفاصيل الطلب) أجد عبارة رقم الشحنة غير صالح (Invalid Number) أي أن رقم الشحنة غير صحيح أو غير موجود أساساً. بالنسبة لتقييمي الشخصي لهم (مايستاهلون ولا ربع نجمة) وحسبي الله ونعم الوكيل فيهم. تحديث: بعد تواصلي معهم مراراً وتكراراً معهم على الواتساب لإيجاد حل للمشكلة تم حظري والآن لايوجد أي طريقة للتواصل معهم وتاريخ اليوم ٢٠٢٣/٠١/٨ م ولم تصل الطلبية أي تقريباً لهم سنتين هههههههه
