Great app

Perfect except wish it had a tutorial for beginners

Easy to use, but...

Why no sound? For this to be a “CrossFit Timer” you need to have a countdown!! And SOMETHING so I don’t have to keep staring at it. The home screen is really cool. You also need to be able to program EMOMs...or at least have an EMOM 4 and EMOM 5 option. We use these all the time in my gym.

Functions visually

Great options, automatic countdown from 10sec. Fun, being able to tally rounds or stop the clock with a shout out. Tabata would be better with alternating colors on work vs rest. The reason this didn't get a 5, there is NO SOUND to the countdown timer, to start stop rounds, or at end ot EMOM. Let me know when you change that, I'll start using the app and change my rating.

Best Timer I’ve found

Most timers for HIIT and EMOM’s seem to be designed by people that don’t workout. This one has been the simplest to use and doesn’t interrupt with annoying in app purchases or advertising.
