Went from bad to worse with the update

Was working fine until the firmware update. Now the app won’t stay open at all, again. I downloaded the firmware and have dumped and reloaded to app 4 times in 2 days to get my watch and app connected again. It had been working fine for months until the firmware and software updates. I downloaded the latest iOS update and that has made it worse. Since this is the only way to communicate with you here is yet another poor review from me

App can't connect to watch!

It just keeps saying disconnected!and when I press scan smart module it doesn't connect to the watch!please fix because I like the watch and u want to see how the app works!also watch keeps reseting alarm to 7:02 am!If you fix this then I'll give this 5 stars! thanks

Less than 1 Star

Watch looks good, but I got it for recording my exercise and syncing with my Android, sadly it only tells time, missing smart module, what ever that is. To top it off the is ZERO SUPPORT

Not easy

The connection from watch to app is not reliable neither are the measurements of movement or sleep. I had to replace the battery after only a couple of months. The face of watch is difficult to read and the light feature is very poor. Overall this watch/devise is less than its advertised and it’s reliability problematical.

Personal settings

The app won’t remember my personal settings. Every time I open the settings, they have returned to factory default. I am not 24 inches tall and do not weigh 350 pounds. Please update this part on the next software update.
