Visible mobile for Android

I recently purchased a new phone and transferred all data. When I try to connect to the app I get in a constant loop of “pickup where you left off” and “almost done.” I’ve been in contact for over a week now and I still have no cellular service. The app forces me into those screens so I can’t do anything else. This has, by far, been one of my worst experiences with a service. This obviously isn’t a concern for the app developers since I’ve seen other posting of this issue since the beginning of 2022.

The Visible people that customers chat with are incredibly slow in performance, but they say all the right things you want to hear. In the end, however, they have no power to help you or resolve your issues. For a large company, Visible has been among the worse companies I have ever dealt with. For my most recent issue, Visible eventually told be to take it up with my credit card bank, which I did, and the bank ruled against Visible and in my favor.

Had visible for about a year now, service isn’t the greatest. Can be in the middle of town and phone will say No service, so then I have to turn it off then back on to get signal again…. Not that big of a deal. But as of recently my phone says it can’t connect to cellular data. Goes into sos mode and won’t go out of it. About fed up with this company

Customer service is a joke I’ve not once had 5G

I thought visible was great app until when I try to sign in to my account & try to secure to my account to pay my payment it didn’t send me SMS & I tried so many times but still it didn’t work I hate this service right now unless they fix their SMS system
