I see ads all the time for this app but it’s impossible to find any of the workouts actually advertised on the ads. For example there’s a 25-day bust lift challenge all over their IG feed but I see nothing on the app that matches that. The app isn’t searchable and is very limited. They ask a ton of questions that lead you to believe they will direct you to workouts for your fitness level, but I think it’s just look more reputable than they really are. I kinda feel scammed.
The minute you start using it is fast paced. This is on a smart phone that you can’t even put on tv through airplay. There is no way to see this and exercise at same time. Waste of money
Promised a personal workout and did not provide. Refused to refund money.
This is a terrible app if you’re trying to learn yoga. There is no actual instructor, just an automated voice “leading” you thru poses far too quickly for you to actually learn anything or transition safely between poses. I’d give it zero stars if that were possible .
This is not a personalized app even though it makes you go through a series of personal questions. The app says in the end get your personalized program but you have to pay. It says for (1) month only to find out that it is set to automatic renewal monthly. I have sent to support to cancel and no response to multiple emails. It says you have to send notification of cancellation prior so you aren’t charged the second month but there is no way to do that. Google says go to subscription to cancel but it doesn’t let you do that there either. I never buy subscription based apps but did so with this one as it said for a month. Very misleading and not personalized at all. You can find these workouts on YouTube for free
