Crashes immediately

Can’t even use the app with the latest version…. Even before this update, success rate for power meter calibration was only 50% or so (Bluetooth connectivity issues). Really need this fixed asap…. Cmon giant you are better than this!

Crashes!!!

The new version with bug ‘fixes’ crashes after 2 seconds. Deleting and reinstalling doesn’t help. Now I can’t calibrate my power meter! What an awful app. Giant… please post a link to a prior version or fix this one! PLEASE!

App crashing on open

The app is normally fine to update my power meter, but with the new update, it crashes when I try to open it.

Doesn’t work

It works sporadically. If it’s not a connection or pairing issue then it’s a consistency issue. The app just crashes in the background which causes the ride to die. Also no auto pause features

Terrible Power Meter and App

I notice that I am having the same problems as others have reviewed from 2 yrs ago. The power meter just basically has stopped holding charge, the left battery icon on the screen is showing a red battery as soon as charging is completed. Cannot calibrate and will not update firmware. Buy a different brand of bike. Giant will not support your problems with their bike and equipment.
