The video would be great if it showed the full pose or any repetitions for the full 30 seconds. Instead it shows the beginning move then keeps counting down with nothing else given. Not sure if you just hold or repeat moves or what. Could also do without the voice telling us the name of each pose at the beginning. They all sound unpronounceable and the same and sever no purpose but to distract. If you want to say something, give us hints, tips or instructions during the move.
