It is constantly freezing and requiring a new password every few minutes. I even upgraded to the pro version to see if this would help. It did not help.
I use the screen mirroring to show my Mobile handwriting onto part of the screen of a Windows PC, which is projected to a big screen of a classroom. It works perfectly to integrate the handwriting explanation together with the lecture material on the PC screen. Their technical service is even more impressive. Three days ago, about 50 minutes before the class, I ran into some connection issue. I sent an email to the Support Team. Surprising, a technical support person named RK replied within 10 minutes. RK patiently exchanged several emails with me and resolved the issue just in time for me to go to the class.
