I hadn't used this app in awhile and could not connect to my Sony. In the settings on the app I picked "Request Help on Facebook". With in minutes we were messaging back and forth. everytime i have to restart my laptop, what a real mediocre app, not worth 1 cent!!!! just lower than mediocre! update: 08/04/2021: Truly a piece of s*** app, waste of time and money! there’s not even a way to download the lastest fixes, truly bad! don’t waste your money!!!
I wentb through linking the app along with another app along with sevderal OR codes, biut got it up and running. It works great now. I linkied my 16 inch Android Book Pro to my 43 inch Sony TV.
With the whole family on their own devices, we sometimes want to watch someting together. The only way to connect my Android to Sony Bravia 4k is with the app Mirror for Sony TV. AirBeamTV BV converts media across wifi to display on the TV with fine resolution and sound quality. There is a few second delay but once streaming it isn't a distraction. My first use was to watch a movie premier with the family. A few weeks later it didnt work so I submitted the issue to tech support who got back to me within a few hours with a short checklist of settings that solved the problem and it continues to work. It's the best solution I know of to share content on the wall.
