Hi, I am Natalie, I am younger but I get bullied for my weight! So I got this app to get skinnier, it worked for about two days, I was eating about 350 calories and I didn’t see much results but I was still looking good! I went to see other apps to diet and I downloaded some new dieting apps. I started setting them up to see most of them where saying I need to eat 1000-1400 calories!! DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP! I am very disappointed that for two straight days I was being starved by an app. Seeing that other apps are making me eat 3 times that amount of calories!
This app is an intermittent fasting planner. I’m not the diet police. If you like IF, that’s great for you. But for others, it’s extremely problematic, especially if you have a history of ED. I resent being tricked into a subscription for a plan that only offers an unhealthy option for me.
This helped me lose 25 pounds!
