This app is not bad but it’s constant updates (almost daily), makes very difficult tracking your sons. It requires to check daily if the latest version was downloaded in your sons’s devices even if you set the auto-download option. At the end, if you can’t check this you won’t be able to use this app when is more needed and this is really frustrating.

App never works properly and customer service is no help. Don’t waste your money or time until the fix it properly.

This app is a joke. And I’m regretting going with T-Mobile too. The app constantly signs me out and then proceeds to either not connect or tells me I don’t have the service on my account and won’t let me sign in. T-Mobile customer support can’t fix it or figure it out either. All they give me are excuses.

i hate this stupid app xdxd if you have it as a parent you’re horrible

I hate this app because it doesn’t let me be on social media,even if my parent didn’t do anything for taking social media time away,the app still makes my social media thing not work,this is the most annoying app ever.😐
