4. It has been designed by clinicians with over 10 years’ experience of designing and running virtual services.

5. It is a virtual outpatient solution offering video and online consultations at a time convenient to you.

6. These can be viewed both online and offline once logged in for the first time and you can set reminders so you keep on track with your recovery.

7. It is important to seek medical advice before using this app and making any medical decisions.

8. It is not intended to directly diagnose any condition and is not suitable for anyone needing emergency medical attention or for anyone under the age of 18.
