Couldn't log in or create an account using this app. You can't use it as a guest either. Then I saw someone say he created his account on Ollie's website using a browser. That worked and now I can use it. Unfortunately every time I try to view the sale ad, it forgets that I already selected my store. It always defaults to some distant location and I have to go through the pointless process of entering my zip code and picking my store again. Typical retail app (you're better off using the store's website).
The app doesn’t load. The coupons aren’t worth the trouble.
Despite many negative reviews, I wanted to give this app a try. For the time being, I will stick to the normal website. In case I can save you time, you may want to know, you are forced to have or make an account to do anything at all with this app. You cannot get past the login/setup prompt. You cannot view weekly ads, check store hours, or do anything useful with this app if you don’t make (or can’t make) an account. This goes against common app patterns. One should not have to login to do basic actions.
App makes you sign up before shopping. It would not submit my sign up information. The app doesn’t work.
A manager in the Pensacola store approached two you girls threatening them while they were outside the store and watched them like they were theives and if that’s how potential customers are to be treated because of being a different race I will never shop with that company ever again
